On 14 December 2021, NFWWD convened a national consultation on ‘Building an Inclusive and Accessible Post-COVID World.’ The consultation brought together representatives of government, civil society, and Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs) to reflect on the impact of the pandemic and to explore strategies for inclusive recovery and resilience.

The event was organized in collaboration with CBM and Sightsavers. It provided a platform to highlight the challenges faced by persons with disabilities during COVID-19 and to develop recommendations for ensuring accessibility, equality, and participation in post-pandemic policies and programmes.
